3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• PracticePanel is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the system.
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language during interviews.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

• All content, assessments, and AI responses on PracticePanel are owned by PracticePanel unless otherwise noted.
• Users retain ownership of their own uploaded resumes or personal content but grant PracticePanel the right to use it for delivering services and improving our models.

6. Payment and Refunds

• Certain features may be paid. All pricing is clearly stated on the website.
• Once a mock interview or assessment begins, payments are non-refundable.
• Subscription plans (if any) are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

7. Limitation of Liability

PracticePanel is an educational and preparatory tool. We do not guarantee job placement or outcomes from using the service. Under no circumstances shall PracticePanel be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• System downtime or access issues

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Mohali, Punjab, India without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
